Bring your yoga mat and any props to support each posture. Sequences of 8-12 poses, each held for 3-6 minutes, often in a deep stretch. Finding the expanse, allowing discomfort to deepen the understanding of individual human anatomy. If you have never taken a Yin class, let your instructor know at the beginning of class. All are welcome, no experience necessary.
